Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement:

To secure your appointment, a $25 deposit is required for each procedure at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment cost.

Cancellation Policy:

Last-minute cancellations are taken very seriously & should be done 24 hrs prior. Your current deposit will be kept if failed to RESPECT OUR TIME!

Lateness

If you are running late, it will affect your treatment time due to others that are
scheduled. A 10 minute grace period will be given during emergency

Do’s & Don’ts Before a Facial

  1. Avoid tanning, injections, lasers, retinol or exfoliation 3 days prior
  2. Be sure to shower prior
  3. Remove all makeup
  4. Don’t cleanse or prep skin

Post facial Care

  1. Avoid makeup for 2-3 days
  2. Moisturize over dry or pimply areas
  3. Apply sunscreen often (must)
  4. Apply sunscreen at night for scars!
  5. Never peel anything dry: moisturize
  6. No cleansing at day ; water is fine
  7. Skip the gym for 24hrs
  8. Be patient! Good things takes time.
